Useful offers, but marred with flaws

Useful 0% for 4 months offers, but PayPal Credit system feels disconnected from other PayPal features/more legacy than the rest of PayPal. Not sure why would you discourage users from using the physical/virtual PayPal Credit Card or checkout option by having it earn less points than the PayPal Debit Card, despite interchange for debit cards being lower. Account management is not simple or fast due to archaic disconnected system, app and website experience not consistent and both are sub par - everything takes days to process or show up, would strongly benefit from a Monzo Flex-like experience merged with Pay in 3 and will position better in market against Klarna etc..
