Exellent and easy to use. Very trustworthy company.

The whole experience with PayPal from years ago to now has just made my life so much easier. Of recent I booked a Travel Lodge with the option to take out credit and save £20 which was really nice. The app is easy to use and if I did get into any misunderstanding or difficulties then a phone call away is all it takes. I'm genuinely over the moon with PayPal and it feels really good using the service. This time with using PayPal to book my weekend away was a special one as I was celebrating being cancer free after a major stomach surgery removing transverse colon cancer- and was celebrating with family and friends- I would recommend PayPal out of any other credit offers- A1 perfect service. So many reasons why PayPal is my go to. I now have a credit card with PayPal too. Customer service are 2nd to non. I seriously can't complement this company enough. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026
