Bad customer service

About 4-5!years ago I missed a payment by a few days I was driving at the time I received a call, told the lady this and said I will call back, but she said no, it needed paying NOW, obviously I couldn’t so she put a default notice on my account, terrible customer service Reviewed on: 15th June 2026
