Overall positive

Overall, my experience with PayPal has been positive. I appreciate the convenience of the service, particularly the ability to spread the cost of purchases over time and the cashback rewards, even if they are relatively small. Having access to the PayPal card has also been a useful feature and has made managing payments more convenient. My main area of concern is how unauthorized charges on my account were handled. I wish PayPal had conducted a more thorough investigation into these transactions and provided clearer communication throughout the process. While the issue did not completely overshadow my experience, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to protecting customers and resolving disputed charges. Despite this, PayPal remains a convenient and useful payment platform, and my overall experience has been positive. Reviewed on: 16th June 2026
