I have been with PayPal 9 years with a heathy account.

I have been with PayPal 9 years with a heathy account. I used pay in 3 most of the time now the option has been taken off my account without an explanation. I have never missed a payment. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Poor Customer Service

I have been a customer for 9years with a healthy account. They have removed pay in 3 from my account with no explanation. I have spoken to someone who assured me my account was fine and that the pay in 3 option would be reinstated but it has not. I have spoken to two agents who frankly were clueless. I could tell when I was having a conversation with them they were just guessing an outcome to shut me up. The customer service is poor very poor indeed. They don’t actually care how long I have had my account and how often I have used pay in 3 without ever missing a payment. Very poor customer service. Reviewed on: 30th June 2026
