My experience and insights.

I have been using this service for well over 10 years now, and have only had one occasion to contact their customer service for reasons of clarification in respect of a refund. I found the assistant knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and able to resolve my query during that one call, very competent. In addition, i regularly use their financial services to pay for goods, finding the buy now - pay later option particularly convenient. Reviewed on: 24th June 2026
