Old account - needed to find out if still live and if had savings with H & R. The information I was able to give was very little which led to what security check could be given. Alice was able to match historic details which goes back to 1993, our other issue was that council areas and Royal Mail had during this time changed our district and postcode. Alice provided details as to what to do re access to the account. Alice was polite and understood the issue, very helpful. Reviewed on: 24th June 2026
