The whole experience has been terrible!

The whole experience has been terrible! I returned an item as advised by paypal because it was not as described but paypal continued take the pay in 3 payments from my bank account. I am still trying to get my refund from paypal 6 weeks later. It is very very difficult to actually talk to a person. Customer Services hide behind automated services that are unfit for purpose.
