I am requesting a full investigation into my PayPal...

I am requesting a full investigation into my PayPal Credit account because I believe there may be an error in the way my account has been calculated. I received a refund of £608.00 from UKBA on 4 June 2026 (Transaction ID: 9TJ39473NH772423W). Although my statement showed a credit balance, I later made new purchases and noticed that my available credit reduced unexpectedly. I require a full explanation of the following: 1. Please confirm the exact date and time the £608.00 refund was received and applied to my PayPal Credit account. 2. Explain how the £608.00 refund was used and why it is no longer reflected in my available credit. 3. My PayPal Credit limit is approximately £1,159 (previously around £1,250). However, I have noticed transactions totalling around £1,800. Please explain how purchases exceeding my credit limit were authorised and processed. 4. Please provide a complete transaction history showing: • Every purchase • Every payment • Every refund • Interest charged • Fees • Adjustments • The running balance after each transaction 5. Please explain how my current available credit has been calculated. 6. Confirm my current outstanding balance and whether any credit is still owed to me. 7. If there has been an error in the application of my refund or the calculation of my available credit, please correct it immediately and provide written confirmation. I expect a complete written response together with my full account statement so I can independently verify all calculations. If this matter cannot be resolved, please treat this as a formal complaint and provide your final response so that I may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service if necessary.
