Review of the One Call Insurance, Car insurance broker:

Quick, efficient and fair.

When my car was written off, One call delt with the claim efficiently, I had a courtesy car delivered within no time at all. My car was assessed and it was considered a write off, One call came back to me with an update and a settlement figure which was fair, so I accepted it. Within days I was told a cheque was in the post. I was able to look for a new car in this time and found one with the knowledge that my claim was being settled. My new car has now been insured with One call once again. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
