Very good.

Very good. It is desirable for customer support to offer more than just automated bot interactions; users should be able to speak with real support agents. This way, many issues can be resolved more quickly, eliminating the need to file formal complaints or turn to a financial ombudsman to settle straightforward problems. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
