they are good, leave me feeling secure in online purchases. changing direct debit date was a bit tricky, but otherwise easy to use. Some vendors don't seem to offer PayPal option which is tricky, but I generally would decide on the purchase depending on how secure I feel an online purchase is so a bigger shop that matters less whilst a small vendor I might choose to avoid without PayPal.
