I use PayPal credit regularly and pay off any outstanding balances before the interest kicks in. I find it useful, easy to navigate, convenient and intuitive. I haven’t needed to contact customer support or raise any issues so can’t speak directly to customer support recently, but have had issues in the past that we’re promptly sorted.
