I've found PayPal Pay in 3 to be a great way to spread the cost of a purchase. I got the item I wanted without paying any interest, and it arrived within a few days, so I was able to start using my new bit of kit almost straight away. The important thing is to use it responsibly and only buy something if you know you can comfortably afford the three payments. If you do that, it's a really handy option. For me, another big plus was that I didn't have to dip into my savings, so my money stayed where it was and continued earning interest while I paid for my purchase in instalments.
