Excellent customer service

When I was going to get my apple phone, I was having issues selecting PayPal credit as my payment option, then I called the customer service, it was a very friendly experience, the way he was calm and polite in looking into my account and helping me resolve the problem. Apparently my account was a business acc which was the reason I was unable to access PayPal credit for payment.
