Pay Pal allowed Telegraph Newspapers to take subscription money without my authority or consent. As I buy rarely through PPal I hadn't been checking my account to pay in so didn't find the bill until August '25the then the bill from you was nearly £300. This has still not been relsolved Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
