Customer service excellent, app so easy!

Used the chat on the app for any issues!! And it’s always sorted within the day!! They are very helpful and polite. the limit your aload if you stay loyal does get reviewed and changes either up or down it’s a good way to keep spending at a limit. They have now introduced points like Sainsbury’s so you can get credit back which is really good! And their app is really easy too use. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
