I've been using PayPal for online payments and purchases, and it generally works well. Transactions are quick, it's widely accepted, and having buyer protection adds peace of mind when shopping online. That said, customer support can be slow, and resolving account or payment issues isn't always straightforward. I also wish some fees were more transparent, especially for business transactions and currency conversions. Overall, it's a convenient and trusted payment platform that I use regularly, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and issue resolution.
