Outstanding Customer Service and Consumer Protection

I recently missed a payment due date by mistake. PayPal notified me promptly and even attempted to reach me by phone. When I called back, I was connected to an agent quickly — which has honestly been my experience every time I've needed to contact them. The agent I spoke with was patient and understanding. After I explained my situation, he waived the late payment fee and raised a request to have the record corrected with the credit reference agency. He gave me a clear timeline for resolution, and true to their word, I received confirmation that the correction had been approved and submitted. What stood out most was how human and efficient the whole process felt. PayPal's customer service is excellent, and their consumer protection genuinely puts the customer first. Highly recommended.
