Happy with PayPal, payment due reminders need improving

I have always been very happy with PayPal until a recent experience whereby my credit rating took a hit due to missing a payment. I wasn’t aware a payment was due and I was disappointed to see my otherwise perfect credit score decline due to this situation. But I will give things another try as I realise I need to take some accountability. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
