I gently avoid service team unless I have no choice

Every time I have contacted customer service it’s been difficult and I’ve been given incorrect or conflicting info. I only use the account because making payments is easy with most retailers. If more retailers switched to other methods like Kalarna then I’d stop using PayPal. I’m still waiting for a call back which was due Christmas Eve! Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
