Disappointed with such a trusted brand I thought I could rely on PayPal to help me reclaim £750 paid to Viagogo for tickets that were not valid and me and my family where turned away from the venue and concert. I contacted PayPal in good faith and was turned down on two occasions to claim back my money for tickets that were not valid, I contacted Viagogo and they wouldn't respond and finally escalated my claim to a complaint with PayPal to which the outcome was "unsuccessful " with not much consideration given to the sheer Disappointment caused and the loss of money to which I experienced no sympathetic response apart from one thoughtful customer service agent who totally understood my position but could offer no further help , since then I have avoided using PayPal and moved to Google Pay for any transactions as the service and lack of support has changed my confidence Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
