Disgusting service from PAYPAL

I had a dispute with a seller and involved PAYPAL to resolve the issue, I was first told I was covered with PayPal buyer protection to later be told my purchase was not covered with buyer protection, The seller had offered 70% refund PayPal did not back me in anyway and went in the favour of the seller although the seller had not supplied the item as described in my invoice, I would have at least expected PayPal to contact me and advise I accepted the 70% offer, PayPal rejected my appeal and still backed the seller, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PAYPAL HAS COST ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE, WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE USING PAYPAL AGAIN, That what you get for using a company for over twenty years, never again Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
