Shockingly bad..but they get away with it

I have had reason to complain to the Financial Ombudsman regarding this company. Their attitude is we won't follow instructions and when things go wrong, we wont support you either. Their internal policies are questionable and their customer service is absolutely shocking. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
