Oolite, friendly and helpful

It's hard to sort out a new savings account during lockdown but with an email and a phone call we managed to do so quite easily with the Mansfield Building Society. Staff were frienky, polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 1st March 2021

Excellent Customer Service

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The society has kept going throughout the pandemic and maintained Saturday morning opening hours whereas most other banks and building societies have shut up shop. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021
