Received email from Mansfield offering a 6% return on one year bond. Went into Chesterfield branch, received friendly greeting, cheerful and immediate attention and left with new account sorted. Could not have asked for better. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

Always friendly.

It's always been a happy experience dealing with Mansfield Building Society. They seem to have the friendliest and most helpful staff of any banking institution and they also provide phone numbers for their local branches. The only reason I have moved my custom is that I found better interest rates elsewhere. I wish it had not been the case but you have to follow the money! I'll certainly be back if I find future Mansfield rates to be comparable to others on the market. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023
