Failure to adhere to basic instructions.

I gave clear, precise, accurate instructions to close the account requesting a BACS payment of closed funds to a High Street Bank. I provided all the necessary details. What happens ? A cheque is sent instead and now that takes 5 -6 days to clear. Failure to adhere to a simple straight forward request has now caused me a lot of inconvenience and loss of interest. Excellent Service

I only changed as I was able to get a much better deal with a different mortgage provider which suited my income at this testing time of interest rate increase.
