My experience was that of efficiency and professionalism. Everything that was necessary to be completed was on time and enabled the process to be as stress free as possible.

Asked by a member of staff if I would like a savings review due to amount of money I had in ISA account. Was advised not bullied into looking into different savings accounts. In this present climate finding accounts that actually make some interest are hard to find without trying up your money. So thank you, your advice was taken up.
