Bare bones and faulty products

Even after they officially launched the GBP direct debit it still doesn’t work multiple utilities of mine. Customer support doesn’t have the tools to investigate and resolve issues. All they can say is “I don’t know, talk to your utility companies”. The customer service were polite and tried to help, but not very useful when the platform is faulty. I’m closing my accounts.
