Customer service new lows

The bank simply has the worst customer service I have ever experienced by any company in any industry. After getting to a customer service if you can get the initial bot agent to do this, each time you write one chat entry it takes on occasions over an hour for the customer service agents response, which you inevitably have to reply to, and wait again, on occassions for an hour, and on average 10 minutes in my experience, for another reply. Most times I'm sorting out an issue on online chat it takes at least 4-5 chat exchanges. This means your best case scenario for getting an issue solved is about an hour. And that's a big if. The average cust5omer service rep is no better than a bot and will continue to throw links at you even if you explain you have read the pages already or that they do not pertain to your exact issue.
