best multi currency app, and best exchange, undermanned customer service though

Brilliant app I have used for the last 3 years. None as good. While living abroad for over a decade, tried transferwise as better than banks, then monzo, and finally revolut. Best of all of them. Best exchange rate, more currencies, tools like split bills etc. Only downside is that when they strated growing they did not increase their staff in the CRM dept. With a heavily undermanned chat. Run by bots, and if you are lucky long time later you get a person. This person gets itchy if you are not there and then for her/him, since superbusy only can spare you a few secs. From early 2017 to 1 year later you could see already the change. Then just got worse. Shame, they should really care about CRM more and man the dept properly. Cause other than that the app is absolutely brilliant! Reviewed on: 27th January 2020
