Looked like great banking

I have had my Revolut Account for a few years, no trouble, no hassles. Always solving problems with friendly advice. Until... I recently tried to top up my account, now I have to submit salary slips and income evidence. Not even my bank asks for this. I really don’t know what to do from here...
