Great bank, very helpful and fantastic exchange rates!

I was recommended Revolut by my friend who travels regularly to South America and explained how she could keep control of what she was paying by checking the Revolut app and seeing what the exchange in that country was, as some of their currencies are quite volatile. Although I was reluctant, it was one of the best choices I took and have never looked back. We travel a lot from UK to Europe and get much better exchange rates, and if we have euros left over, we can convert them back to GBP at no silly costs. We had an issue with a company who tried to con us, and when we asked Revolut for their assistance they were fantastic! Very helpful and got our money back (don't expect to speak to anyone on the phone, it's all done by chat, but still an amazing customer service). Some of my family and friends have opened an account too and have also mentioned how satisfied they are with Revolut! All in all, great bank, great staff and great facilities.
