Locked out of account for over a month

Locked out of account for over a month, with no updates and no way to contact live chat. I tried contacting them over twitter, where they simply told me that they couldn't say anything, not even give an estimate. They've since december 10th been holding my money and blocked all cards and completely locked me out of my account. I cant even start a live chat anymore, and the only live chat open (where they told me my account was under investigation) is now looking for an agent, and not responding whatsoever.
