Setting up a beneficary

Couldn't set up a beneficiary on Android, told revolut by chat, they made lots of nice words but didn't actually do anything. Couldn't or wouldn't give me a timeframe of a fix. Figured out myself that a beneficiary could be set up on an apple device. Told them this. Lots of customer buzz words used by them but nothing substantive done. Infuriating to deal with.
