Only good when things go well

But if you need any support be prepared to only receive it you have WiFi. Their complaints process is none existent and their service is not reliable. Your card can cease work for seemingly no reason. They give wrong information via their chat service all of the time and they don’t seem to care at all. The lie about services and when you find out after they don’t seem to care. Overall I would say this is quite possibly they worst provider for customer service and I bank with Santander so my expectations are as low as you can go. I would never recommend this company and they certainly are not awarding winning. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020
