Future bank platform

Revolut is the future bank platform that offers a great experience to any customer professional or private. I have used most of the features like contactless, transfers, exchange bit currency, monthly reports, automate savings, chat customer services always available 24 hours, airport lounges. Still didn’t need to use the health international insurance (which is a good thing) or credit but the features are available. There is only a negative thing I have been having with my travels to the USA the system is still not possible to use in this country. Overall the experience is great and this platform is the way to proceed into current and future applications. Old bank systems have not taken care of private sectors for regular customers. Every year Revolut has given new perks and more experiences to the users. My advice to Revolut is to give improve their platform offering other deals to their devoted customer that have been with them for a long time since the Market is bringing more online banking platforms. Also, many reviews have shown too many accounts being blocked and difficult assistance from the support in an immediate way. I use this card daily, even sometimes I only use my mobile with contactless, if the account for some reason is blocked there is no way I will wait for 2 to 3 days. Also, reply back to reviews with human replies and not random script automation that does not make any personal engagement. Till these issues are resolved I cannot give a full star rating.
