High returns on crowd lending in property development

This company has excellent return opportunities in development loans (mainly mezzanine, 2nd charge), interim and full equity alongside the developers. They cannot get the timings always right as property building is notorious of delays but your money are still invested and if you're equipped with patience you will be rewarded. So far I have been repaid investments from 11% to 22%.

I have been using Crowdproperty's autoinvest ISA for the last year and I am very happy with the number of offerings, due diligence, webinars and diversification they offer. In my view they have the best P2P ISA product out there.
