Excellent customer service

I telephoned to enquire about transferring an existing ISA 2 to a higher rate, fixed term ISA with Darlington BS. Friendly and helpful service

I was assisted br Craig to set up my new on line accounts with Darlington. I then spoke with Simon regarding how to transfer funds into my nominated bank account.
