Professional Local Building Society

Dealt with Simon McCabe ir relation to completing the online registration process I was having difficulty with. He was very professional, patient and polite, and I could understand him. He led me through the process online andI was able to register. I would have had problems without his expertise and patience! Darlington Building Society responded to my initial message very quickly and reassured my concerns. needed help with log in

Had problems with logging in to New Site. Emailed my concerns. Had a phone call from advisor who could see i had registered but could continue, as I could not put in my mobile number, which is needed so continue with log in. Got it sorted and got logged in fine.
