Getting On -Line

I was having a frustrating time trying to get registered for on-line dealings. Phoned and spoke to your consultant Jeanette Bowes. She calmed me down and with remarkable patience and pleasantness eventually got me registered. I am knocking on in years and sometimes getting to grips with security matters proves irritating. Accessing my account on-line

I was having considerable difficulty in registering for on-line access to my account and in desperation I phoned the Society and spoke to Jeanette Bowes. She showed remarkable patience and tenacity as she guided me through your security requirements until eventually getting me on-line. Moreover she was very articulate. I have to commend Jeanette for her pleasant manner and patience. Wish that there were more like her.. Ageing technophobes like me are not the easiest people to deal with!.
