Helpful advisor, makes quite a change!

I've been with the DBS for years, as have my parents and i wanted to use the online access but wasn't able to do it, got a very helpful, patient advisor who talked me through registering on my phone whilst talking to me on said phone, who knew that was even possible! He was very patient, it was me that struggled and he said to ring back if i couldn't complete the registration. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023
