An inclusive approach! :-)

As a disabled person I really appreciated the extremely helpful kind and patient support I received over the telephone today from Craig to change my address and to also set up my online account. I found that to have someone talk me through the process, step by step, and in an inclusive manner gave me confidence and also great satisfaction in being a customer of Darlington Building Society.
