Poor service

Very poor contact.Lost count on the amount of calls made. No pace no urgency or keeping customers informed. Nearly 5 months to process once signed the documents. Raised a formal complaint. Was fobbed off when challenged. Could have been so much better. Very poor Reviewed on: 12th December 2022

Financial Services as they should be

Dealing with most financial services organisations is, for a large part, a demonstration of how customers come a distant second to under invested technology systems and computer dictated processes. BBS is a demonstration of how an organisation can demonstrate that it and every one in the organisation values and cares for customers at the same time as it deals with the regulatory framework and commercial considerations of the sector in which it operates.. First class service

Prior to my application with Bath, I had applied with one of the major lenders but was Essentially through that process messed about. I decided to go with Bath and felt thoroughly supported and kept in the loop through the process. My solicitors comments were that this was by far the best mortgage firm they had dealt with. Bath was responsive , experienced and super efficient. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 8th December 2022
