Disappointed/concerned that counter staff at Bath Wood St were not wearing facemasks to protect customers (on 21/1/21 at 16.00 hrs) at height of Covid 2nd wave

I have always found Bath BS staff to be very helpful and efficient, but in the current pandemic when I am inside shops, banks, building societies and other essential services premises I wear a mask, and I expect staff serving customers to do the same. See-through counter screens are not adequate protection, especially with regard to the more infectious variant of Covid-19 Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
Reply from Bath Building Society I am sorry to hear you are disappointed, I can assure you we have strict Covid measures in place in all our branches, They are working on a strict two in two out system and we have the plastic screens in place to protect our staff and all our customers, we also have sanitizing stations at the front of all our branches, and we ensure all staff wash their hands regularly. We are trying to encourage our customers to only visit the branch if absolutely necessary and instead use our Bath online service or visit our website and talk to our advisors on Webchat, email or you can call us.
