Exceptionally prompt and courteous service which promotes confidence.

This is a relatively small society and I have been impressed with the very prompt service since opening an account earlier this year. Just one little thought - I have just made a significant withdrawal of funds and was slightly surprised that the society did not query its purpose. Reviewed on: 6th November 2020

Courteous and Efficient Service

Although I do not have many interactions in respect of my account, those that I have had have been very satisfactory: the phone has been answered promptly, access to account information has been quick, with manageable security controls, and emails have been responded to quickly.
