Power of Attorney registration

Customer service is fantastic, always smiling and super helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jane who put me ease immediately with what I had perceived as a difficult procedure. Jane explained everything perfectly, was very empathetic and cheerful. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and I feel this comes from them having contact with their customers directly by phone when they call up, not being passed on by an anonymous call centre person. Prefer a personal touch

Staff are always friendly and helpful, but I have had to set up on line as my branch is closing. I think it's time you offered all your clients the same products not better deals for Bath residents, otherwise I may have to move my account for better offers. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
