Account opening process - On-line Chat support

I had a problem accessing my account on-line, but the Chat service (Louise) was very helpful and efficient in getting that resolved and then confirming what needed doing to complete my Grandson's Junior Saver application. Reviewed on: 12th July 2022

Very friendly and patient with a silver surfer with little technical knowledge!

I like the friendly intermate service that you provide, perhaps the only thing you could do is try to make the website old person friendlier! No complaints overall. Reviewed on: 12th July 2022

SO far SO great

Loved being able to open accounts in branch and have friendly and nice help. First time using online chat-which usually is very frustrating- was much better than usual- thank you to the nice staff Tracey and Louisa who are the main people I have met so far. Local branches are valuable and we should support them! Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
