useless - waste of time

Reply from Bath Building Society Without knowing which website you are referring to, it is difficult to comment on this feedback. We do from time to time suffer from other websites not showing our products accurately. This is totally outside of our control. We always inform the key sites that are typically used by consumers when our products change and we always address issues when highlighted to us. Beyond that there is little we can do. If you contact me to discuss, I will personally take this up with whatever website you are using. In the meantime I also suggest that you complain to them, as it they that are displaying incorrect information. Response date: 24th September 2021
