Excellent original loan and interest rate BUT no top-up loan or alternative product available after faultless repayment record. Personal and business credit scores, which remain excellent and above those when the loan commenced, are not the issue. Rather, lending would appear to be blocked by 'Age Discrimination'. Beware!
